Here is how the ManOBiz Matrix™ works:

There are five Business Systems and five Management Functions which, when combined, give us 25 cells on which to focus for business success. If you are guided by Basil and his team via Skype into the inner recesses of these 25 cells and carry out the advice and direction given, you may significantly enhance the chance of business success.
