General Notes

Our Appointment Calendar automatically reserves the length of the time associated with the various service options available.

Once you have booked an appointment only our administrator can make changes.

All booked appointments must first be approved by us. Once approved, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address specified in your booking request.

All booked appointments must be paid for no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment.

How to Book an Appointment

Click the blue “Click Here To Schedule An Appointment” button which will bring up the “Schedule New Appointment” window. Alternatively, you can click any day on the calendar using the left mouse button which will also bring up “Schedule New Appointment” window.
Within the “Schedule New Appointment” window you will see a small calendar displayed on the left side of the window. Move your cursor to your desired appointment date and select that date by clicking the left mouse button. (Note “Your Engagement Date” shown in the box will change from today’s date to the appointment date you have selected.)
In the “Select Service” drop-down menu select the service you would like us to perform and then click the blue “Next” button which will bring up a new window with available service time slots and contact information fields that need to be filled in. (Note: only available time slots can be selected)
Book the available time slot closest to the time of desired service by clicking the button next to that time slot. Populate all required fields (Name; Email; Phone) and any Special Instructions you would like to relay to us and then click the blue “Book Now” button.
Your booked appointment will now show up on the Appointment Calendar. Once approved by our administrator, you will receive a booking confirmation email at the email address specified in your booking request.
